Can I place a sample or trial order below 50 units?
Yes. Sample and trial orders of 1–49 units are available at $28/unit. They are treated as stock orders and use 30% deposit / 70% balance payment terms.
What is the price from 50 units?
- 50–999 units: $24/unit
- 1,000–2,999 units: $21/unit
- 3,000–9,999 units: $19/unit
- 10,000+ units: $18/unit
Payment Terms
Stock Orders: 30% deposit / 70% balance. This includes sample and trial orders and stock wholesale orders.
Standard Customization: 50% deposit / 50% balance, starting from 3,000 units.
Accessory Options
Phone Case Only: $8/unit, 50–1,000 units. Does not include earbuds or app.
Earbuds Only: $16/unit, 50–1,000 units. Does not include phone case or app.
Customization
Standard customization MOQ: 3,000 units. It includes custom product color, custom outer packaging box and logo printing. App customization is not included.
Production lead time: 15 working days, beginning after both final packaging-design-file confirmation and receipt of the 50% deposit, calculated from whichever occurs later. Buyer design-preparation time is not included.

Warranty
The K1 includes a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty beginning from the date the product leaves the factory. User-caused damage is excluded.
For quality issues within the warranty period, buyers should provide a description of the issue along with photo or video evidence. Confirmed manufacturing defects will be resolved through free replacement with the next order or a negotiated resolution. Specific terms are confirmed in the order documentation.
